Facilitated corporate move from Wall Street to Cary with focus on Client Service operation, staffing, and management; led initiative to package a second commercial product offering; served as Release Manager for first “quality” release.

Promoted to site manager for commercial software operation (~125 headcount and several products); managed development and support activities for a specific software product; served as “resident expert” for specific product. (Hired by CA  during acquisition-related layoff period; opportunity initiated by unsolicited recommendation from Mega Group principals.)

Paid relocation from NC to lead initiatives to stabilize software releases, frequencies, and develop Customer Support department, procedures, interfaces, staffing, and training; directed and performed QA testing. (Recommended by SIMPLAN customer who was also Mega Group customer.)
